Once you sign the proposal and pay, you'll then get the Welcome Packet where you can drop files, copy, logos, etc. Everything I'll need to get started!
If you're ready to work together after we chat, I'll send you the proposal that'll include everything we discussed, as well as the invoice.

my process
Intake Form
Fill out the form on the Contact page when you're ready to learn more or get the process started.

Schedule call
I'll review your intake form. You'll then get a link to schedule a call so we can learn more about each other.
Welcome
Web design
Then I design! You'll review the Home Page and either approve or send edits. Once the Home Page is good to go, I work on the rest of the site and allow 1 more round of revisions.
Launch
We go live!! Once the website is approved and the mobile version is complete, I send you an Offboarding packet where you'll have all the steps you need to go live!
WHAt DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE GETTING STARTED?
Once we have our kick-off call, you sign the proposal, and pay the invoice, you'll receive a Welcome Packet. The information you'll need to have ready for the Welcome Packet are things like: branding photos, logos, copy, social media profiles, etc.
I do ask that you have your copy ready before I begin designing. The Welcome Packet asks for copy for things like; About Me, why you started your business, your mission statement, client testimonials, service/package details, process details of working with you, FAQs, and more.
WHAT IS THE TIMELINE LIKE?
This depends on how quickly we communicate! I do balance this with a full time job, but I dedicate many hours per week to designing and working with clients. I try to get websites up and live within 6 weeks but this of course depends on the communication cadence between you and I!
If you select Brand Development & Design, add another 2-4 weeks to get things live.
DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
Of course! I work with many entrepreneurs who are just getting started, and I know it can be a lot to balance and plan for - I have been there!
We can chat through this on our kick-off call. I typically ask for 50% up front before beginning a project, and 50% within 30-60 days.
